Her salary for April through August was undercompensatory relative to the amount of work she performed; her salary for September to March would have been overcompensatory relative to the amount of work (thereby adjusting for the undercompensatory September to March).In her new job, the workflow is steady, and the salary is commensurate with the work.

(2) Briana's breach deprived Brianna of six months salary; however, she was able to mitigate immediately by taking a job at the same salary.
