Correct!

Where the buyer breaches by rejecting the goods, and the seller is unable to reasonably resell, the seller may recover the contract price under §2-709. Note two more points.

First, in the example, Mason makes an effort to resell the goods but fails. Under §2-709, the seller is not required to try to sell; the seller may recover if circumstances indicate that it will not be possible to reasonably resell.

Second, to recover, the seller must have already "identified the goods to the contract." This means the seller must have specified the goods in question as the goods to be delivered under the contract. For example, suppose that Mason has 10,000 green hula-hoops in his warehouse; he identifies 1,000 to the contract with Dixon when he singles out a particular 1,000 as those to be delivered to Dixon.
