UCC ยง2-602 requires that Dixon seasonably notify Mason of the rejection in order to recover damages. Dixon seasonably notifies Mason of the rejection if he notifies him in the time specified in the contract, or, if the contract does not specify a time, then in a reasonable time. The contract specifies a time of ten days after delivery, but Dixon notifies Mason fifteen days after the delivery.
