§ 69(1) notes that silence is also acceptance where (1) someone offers services in the expectation that the offeree will provide compensation; the offeree has reason to know they were offered with this expectation; (3) the offeree has a reasonable opportunity to reject the services; and (4) the offeree takes the benefit of the offered services. Restatement (Second) Contracts § 69(1)(a).
