It does not matter that seller (offeror) mailed the revocation before the buyer mailed the acceptance. The revocation is effective on receipt. What matters is when the revocation is received.

The buyer (offeree) received the revocation after she mailed her acceptance, so she received the revocation after the contract was formed. The revocation cannot undo the contract because a contracting party cannot unilaterally call off a contract.
