An accepted offer can no longer be revoked. But: prior to acceptance, an offeror has the power to revoke the offer. See Restatement (Second) Contracts ยง 36.
There are exceptions, however. The offeror does not always have the power to revoke. Option contracts are the first exception considered in this tutorial.
