§ 201(2)(b)

As noted earlier, § 201(2) has two subsections: (a) and (b). We have just analyzed (b).

§ 201(2)(a) says: if the parties attach different meanings to a term, the court interprets the term in accord with the meaning attached by one of the parties if that party knew of that the other party attached a different meaning, and the other party did not know of the different meaning attached by the first party.

True or False - The only difference between § 201(2)(a) and § 201(2)(b) is that the former has "know" where the latter has "reason to know."
