After a Breach By Performance

What happens if the repudiating statement or action occurs after (or at the same time as) a breach by performance?

In such a situation, you ask:

Do the remaining obligations of the person making the repudiating statement or action consist entirely of making installment payments, not related to each other?

The "not related" provision is necessary to cover cases in which the contract makes the failure to pay one installment a basis for claiming a material breach, e. g., a provision that says that failure to pay one installment shall constitute a material breach of the contract and excuse the other party from all obligations unfulfilled at the time of the non-payment.
