Since the non-conformity means that the rest of the plywood will be useless, the non-conformity in first carload of plywood substantially impairs the value of the whole contract for the buyer. It follows that the seller breaches the whole contract; the buyer has the right to reject the particular shipment and all future shipments, and the seller has no right to cure.
